R’ Gourmet was born from a passion for creating a cuisine with an identity of its own: handcrafted, contemporary, and approachable. We are a restaurant built around craftsmanship, curiosity, and the desire to offer flavors that surprise while also bringing back meaningful memories.

Made from Scratch

We make much of what we serve ourselves: breads, sauces, cured and smoked meats, ferments, beverages, and preparations that require time, technique, and careful attention to detail.

Our cuisine brings together Venezuelan, North American, European, and Latin American influences with ingredients available in Ecuador, always seeking a balance between creativity, flavor, and authenticity.

Our Home in Cuenca

Cuenca has allowed us to grow, learn, and build a community around the pleasure of sharing a good table. From here, we have developed a multicultural proposal that reflects our story as migrants, cooks, and entrepreneurs, while also connecting with Ecuadorian culture and ingredients.
